Annihilation road

During Winter 2009 the band has been hitting the studio again to record their long awaited new LP called ANNIHILATION ROAD.

The album has been recorded and mixed by Matt Verta-Ray of Speedball Baby/Heavy Trash fame in his New York studio, at NY HED Studios, NY, November 2009. Mastered By Ivan Julian at NY HED Studios, March 2010

At NY HED Matt Verta-Ray has worked with artists such as The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, 20 Miles, Kid Congo Powers, Ronnie Spector, Andre Williams, Mick Collins, Mooney Suzuky, Robert Quine, and many more: he certainly was the right man to capture the raw power of CUT!

To the band’s further delight the mastering has been taken care of by no other than Mr. Ivan Julian, from legendary punk/new wave outfit Richard Hell and The Voidoids!

Furthermore this record marks the beginning of the band’s relationship with the mighty Go Down Records, an Italian label that is keeping the flame burning for all things rock and roll!

Recorded in the guts of Manhattan’s Lower East Side “Annihilation Road” features 14 energy ridden tracks, exploring every nuance of the band’s sound: from the garage rock explosions to the post punk angularities, from the bluesy overtones to the noisy escapades.
