All You Can Hit is GUNASH’s ironic twist on the “all you can eat” trend—seen by the band as yet another symptom of modern society’s relentless consumerism. The cover’s images of inedible food reinforce that statement, turning “EAT” into “HIT”: a direct call to strike the listener’s conscience.
Lyrically, the album explores human relationships, the urge to “possess” one another, and the struggle to preserve our humanity in a world that constantly tests it. The record is further elevated by an outstanding lineup of guest musicians: Derek Sherinian (ex-Dream Theater, Billy Idol, Alice Cooper, Sons of Apollo) on keyboards and piano; stoner rock icon Nick Oliveri (ex Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss, Mondo Generator) on vocals; Marco Allocco (Pavarotti & Friends, The Berliner, Quintettango) on cello; and Tom Harp Newton on harmonica.
