Go Down Records proudly presents the debut album by THE HORRIBLE PORNO STUNTMEN. Band on the run since 2005 sharing a common & fraternal love for rock'n'roll, tattoos and, of course, a passion for redlight films, hence this preculiar name. An involving combo who's melting an explosive mix of rockabilly, punk, garage, ska, exotica & swing and their live sets are pure energy wich is impossible to resist: it's like placing their favorite bands (The Cramps, The Sonics, Stray Cats , The Ramones, The Clash, Johnny Cash) on a peep-show together with Bettie Page, and then set everything on fire!! After the victory at the Italian Heineken Jamming Festival contest in 2008, the three ones went to a recording session in the famous Henson Studios, Hollywood. They've been competitors for the 3rd Italian edition of the talent show X-Factor in 2009. The crazy band played on stages all around Italy and Europe, followed by the Italian Booking Agency Blitz. They're now ready for their homonym album, recorded at the brand new Go Down Studio. The album is a musical clash played with taste and fun, and melting 50's rock'n'roll with punk-rock, country with 80's new wave, adding some soul, swing & ska here an there. The lyrics are hot, horny, provocative, cool, twangin', young and rockin'. Real fun! Their single "C'mon" is a punch in the face to the 50's rock purism with riffs and it breaks like a real hard-rock band. They meet garage-punk sound in songs like "Tryin' To Get Lost", "Pleased To Milk You", and the Clash cover "London's Burning" with it's acid 60's organ; they reach country-punk with "Idiot Rampage". There's Porno bop and a Lilly Allen's cover "It's Not Fair" wich looks like a screaming mariachi and trumpets sound. And there's more and more exiting sounds you have to discover by yourself! I testi? Accativanti e divertenti tipici di una rock'n'roll band che si rispetti!
