This time, THE LU SILVER STRING BAND entered the studio with a clear goal: to craft a raw, high-energy rock’n’roll record shaped by blues, soul, and a strong pub-rock spirit. The sessions also produced a new version of “No More Time”—originally written by Lu Silver for Small Jackets’ debut album—alongside a fresh take on Steve Wright’s “Hard Road,” a pure yet too-often overlooked rock’n’roll gem. Influences range from The Rolling Stones and Flamin’ Groovies to Count Bishops, Status Quo, Frankie Miller, Faces, and Tom Petty.
The result is a record driven by adrenaline and fueled by passion.
