Ananda Mida’s Anodnatius mockup

ANANDA MIDA's debut album Anodnatius is more than a collection of tracks: it’s a guided descent into an inner landscape, shaped by Eeviac’s visionary imagery and echoes of half-forgotten traditions from the Middle East and Central Asia. The album moves like a ritual—part dream, part invocation—where symbols, melodies, and drones feel like fragments of an older language resurfacing through amplification and fuzz. Even the title points to its role within the band’s mythology: with the prefix “-anod-” suggesting the “positive pole,” Anodnatius represents the luminous, expansive side of Ananda Mida’s unconscious—an opening rather than a collapse, a current that pulls upward into revelation, trance, and strange clarity.

"You know, I grow the sun, I always shove it down, with a calm".

The CD features guest contributions from Filippo Leonardi (ex-Pater Nembrot) handling vocals and synths, Felix Lalù on vocals, and Stefano Paski (ex-OJM, Poison Deluxe) on keys.
